Bittermelon is Ampalaya


Because me and hubby felt so guilty after eating too much pork (lechon) and sweets at the christmas party we went to last Saturday, we decided to have the ginisang ampalaya with eggs for dinner. We are not getting any younger so we get conscious with our food intake these days. It's not like during our younger years.

I took a photo. I don't think I did a good job. Just came from the pot and I think i put too much egg. I 'm not a good cook but i always try.

Naku, party time na naman kasi eh. Okay lang naman mag-indulge once in a while. Ampalaya is good. It's also one of my favorite esp. when cooked wit h beef. Yummy! Nutritious pa!
