Candies From Trick or Treating

Me and Isabella went trick or treating for only an hour and we got almost a bag of candies. Kids started early today since its a Sunday and it gets darker by around 6pm. It was a lot of fun but when it got so chilly and windy, we stopped and just stayed home to give out our treats. My daughter had a good time.

Easy, Safe and Convenient

I work in a billing department of a distributor. Although we are a distributor, we still sell some items over the counter inside our warehouse. Since we started 3 years ago, most of our sales are cash but as the years go by, we saw the demand of using credit cards from customers. Likewise, we also started purchasing our supplies using the company credit card. The management decided to open merchant accounts to give our customer convenience in making payments. Of course we have to negotiate for cheaper transaction rates from different card companies. If you are a company that needs assistance in securing lower rates, ACM Merchant can be of service to your company to get a contract that your business needs. Every business deserves the best credit card processing service that is available to make your business accessible to customers.

Our sales have gone up since we started accepting credit card payments. Not only it created more sales but it more secure and convenient.

Coconut Flavored M&M’s

Somebody at my job has one small pack of this coconut M&M’s. I have never seen any m&m’s like this and she said it was sent to her by a friend from another state. I love coconut and this could be my favorite m&m. Very rare. What we always see at grocery stores are the brown and yellow packs but never a white pack. I found it at Amazon’s and the price is like $23.99!!!!! Geee!!!! plus, add shipping to that! And, it says Limited Edition M&M Coconut chocolate candy.

sorry for the blurry photo.

Our Trip Down Broadway

Guest post written by Bethany Shuman

For our 36th anniversary, my husband made arrangements for us to stay for a few days in New York City. We were fortunate enough to get a room at the Doubletree right in Times Square! It’s really something else to wake up, look out the window and see humongous advertisements, buildings and light displays. There really isn’t anything like it.

We’ve always loved musicals—but I found out the morning after we arrived that the real reason he took me to NYC was to surprise me with tickets to a few Broadway productions. I couldn’t have thought of a more perfect present!

And he didn’t just get one or two: he purchased tickets for FOUR shows over the course of the weekend—Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, Chicago, and a production Frank Sinatra’s Come Fly Away. How incredible is that!?

Boy, I am really glad I got a pair of hearing aids in new york, too (we saw a sale on them and decided to snatch them up while we were out). Otherwise, I might have missed some of the great music and lyrics!

It was truly one of the best anniversaries ever.

Because They Say That SunChips Bags Are Noisy…

Frito Lay is now changing the SunChips bags from the biodegradable ones (the noisy ones) to the old packaging on most flavors (which is made of a type of plastic). The complete change will happen this mid October which started last
September. The noisy old bags are made from plants making them nature friendly but because of customer complaints Frito Lay is switching back.

A Phone Call From A Friend

The guy that used to work in our warehouse called this morning to give us an update of his new job. He has been my co-worker for about 10 years. His father works here and that is the reason why he got his former job until he got an offer from a big car rental company. He is a person who has a passion for cars. When he was still working here, everybody was telling that he is in a wrong job. Finally he found a job that he really likes most. He was hired as a mechanic of the rental company along with a good pay and I guess better environment. He told us that his first day was spent watching videos about his new company then he was asked to install tire chains on some of their vehicles then by next week he will be sent to a technical school to get certified.

We are all happy where he is right now. His father is by his lonesome self driving 50 miles everyday to and from work. This used to be a father and son team but now no more.

Red Velvet Cupcake

My favorite cupcake from mr cupcakes. It is called the Red Velvet made of moist red cake topped with cream cheese ice cream. We just requested for a yellow color on top to match the theme of the party but normally the cream cheese icing is white.

1 cupcake is $1.50 at the bakery/factory but i think it's $2.00 or $2.50 at their mall outlet.
