Delayed Opening Today

Schools in my town have a delayed opening today for 90 minutes because of the snow. Instead of 8:45 opening for Pre-k, it was moved to 9:55. The snow stopped when I was on my way to work but the roads were slushy with icy rain. The school's alert system works pretty well, they will call all the phone listed on your school's record informing you about school's closing and delayed opening. They also have a website to check the updates.

I wish the schools here are that organized.
if I would not ask so many questions, I would never know what is going on at school.
I tried to call to school to find out when the next holiday is (for planning a trip) and after being connected through to five different people, one lady told me "about 12 March, I think"...
