Some Bennigan's restaurant is closing

Do you go to Bennigan’s or Steak & Ale to eat? Sorry, restaurant is closed but not all branches. Only those that are owned by their parent company because they filed bankruptcy protection while those owned by franchisees which is around 160 restaurants here and internationally who are not part of the bankruptcy will still be open.
