House Sold on EBay for $1.75

I could have bought this house. I was on eBay last night. It’s not even half the price for a gallon of gas. The winning bidder of this house was 30 year old Joanne Smith from Chicago. The house is located in Saginaw, Michigan. It is an abandoned house with a pending foreclosure hearing sign hanging at the door. Joanne said she has no plans of moving to Saginaw. Who knows? this could turn out to be a good investment for her (around $1000 for back taxes plus clean up fee). As they always say, buy when it’s low; sell it when it’s high. Well, good luck to you Joanne. This might be a start of you real estate investment career.
