With gas prices soaring to almost $4.00/gallon, the waiting list if you want to buy a smart car is one year or around 22 months. This car is 9 feet long , 5 feet wide, 5.1 feet height and can hit up to 30-33 miles per gallon city driving and 40 miles per gallon on highway driving . I has 70 horsepower and a 3 cylinder engine with maximum speed of 90/mph. Smart car has earned high ratings for front and side cash protections despite being a small car. The base model costs around $13,000. Already around 7,000 sold in the U.S. since it was intoduced in January. The manufacturer is Daimler AG Mercedes Benz. So what do you think? For me, the car is cute, i saw it at the New York Auto Show last March but i need a bigger car. I will be scared to drive this fortwo car on highways and freeways.
