Today Is Friday

and this is what probably be our lunch again since it is a no meat friday. The fillet o fish is still 2 for $3! But even if it is not lent, i always have fillet o fish when i am in mickie dees. Pair this with a large brewed tea and lunch is all done.

Sundae with Apple and Caramel

I am sure how it is exactly called but I got excited when I saw this new dessert in McDonald’s yesterday. You know me, my favorite Is caramel sundae and adding apples to it, makes it the bomb! You have a choice of parfait or sundae. I got the sundae. I cannot let it pass. Here is the newbie dessert at mickie dees.

Tne New McDonalds Drive thru

When it is raining or snowing, it is so difficult to place your orders at Mcdonalds drive thru without you and your car (inside) getting wet. But, with the new McCafe makeover, they placed roofs to prevent you from getting wet when you open your windows. The designs of the new McCafes are cool inside and out and the free wifi is great.

Caramel Sundae at Mickie Dees

Yes, the rumor is true. Caramel Sundae is back at McDonalds but with changes. The flavor is still the same but a little more money than the other Sundaes. It's not a buck anymore. This is what it says on my receipt when I purchased 2 caramel sundae this noon - 2 plain sundae $2.00, 2 caramel dazzle $1.00 plus tax, a total of $3.21.

As long as it's back, the $1.50 each is still alright.

Strawberry Lemonade

I got a free coupon of the strawberry lemonade but i missed the deal so last saturday i tried it. The taste of the strawberry is overpowered by the lemonade. It taste like real lemonade with an after taste. I had it on a hot and humid day so I did not mind the sourness at all. Just had a brain freeze tho!

Fillet O Fish

Because it's friday and also the lent season, i tried to avoid meat during fridays. So, I had this fillet o fish sandwich for lunch. It has been my favorite anyway, lent or no lent so i don't mind having it. And, here's a good deal, it's 2 for $3 right now.

Coffee At McDonalds

Is this deal still good at mcdonalds? I just saw this photo while i was deleting some pictures on my phone. I took this picture about a month ago. I'm just wondering if any size coffee is still a buck. Maybe, i can stop by in the morning to check. I love mcdonalds coffee.

The Morning After A Sleepover....

...we brought the kids to McDonald's for breakfast as per (their) request. Too bad this mcdonald's does not have the slides inside the store. They still enjoyed cartoons on the huge flat screen tv. This is the upgraded mc cafe.

What did we eat? The mickie dees's big breakfast platter.

McDonalds Big Breakfast

So this is what me and my daughter shared when we went to McDonalds for breakfast. Hubby got one for himself too. I ate the pancakes and sausage while my daughter likes the eggs and hashbrown. Nobody eats the biscuit.

Price: $5.

McDonald Extreme Makeover

We know that our local mcdonald's is under construction. They stopped serving dine-in to customers for weeks and we could see from the road that they removed the play areas for kids (as my daughter say, What!!!!). Yesterday was our first time to visit the restaurant and we saw a different store - a total revamped!!! No more noisy metal chairs that people just drag, play area is gone and more updated. The furnishings and light fixtures are all changed. It is open, more space. Nice ambiance! I took some pictures to share.

The last photo is the area where you can hook up your computers for internet. The chairs are more comfortable and electric outlets are provided. I would like to be here when it snows, doing my blogging while having my breakfast and watching the snow.
