When I went to my doctor for my annual exam, I was talking to several women at the waiting area. We were discussing messages as we watch the chair massage DVD being showed on the monitor. One was saying that to get cheap chair massages, all you have to do is go to the mall and you can have a 15 minute massage for 15 bucks. Another lady said about the importance of being able to learn breast massage as women should understand more about their body. I have not experienced having a breast massage; just the breast exam and mammogram once a year. Because the wait was too long at the doctor’s office, I was still able to watch part of the full body massage videos that made like going to the spa after my visit. I got curious too about these instructional videos so I asked the receptionist if where I can buy them She said that the office bought them from Aesthetic VideoSource (videoshelf.com), an online store of high quality dvd’s about beauty and spa industry.

Speaking of full body massage, I remember my hubby when he said that I had to stay more in Bangkok and study massage. hehehehe..
my sister know how to do shiatsu massage. :)
