Friday the 13th

Yes, today is Friday the 13th. Feeling unlucky today? Remember we got three this 2009. One was last month, then today and the third one is on November 13. I do not believe in superstitions that Friday the 13th is an unlucky day. One person is celebrating his birthday at the office right now. What is actually nice about Friday the 13th is that it always precedes a weekend.

It's Scarlett Johansson used tissue. Change mind? If you are interested you can bid it on ebay.

Scarlet Johansson was on NBC's "Tonight show"show to promote her movie "The Spirit"and because she has a cold the host Jay Leno gave her a tissue. You know what's on a used tissue after somebody blew, etc. etc. Yuck! But then, Scarlet said since she got the cold from other celebrtities, why don't she put the tissue on ebay and raise funds for charity. Here it is now:

I heard it is more the $3,000 last night. Well, if you are interested, you can still bid up to tomorrow. It is authentic tissue with Scarlet's signature on it sealed in a zip lock.

Lost Ring found Inside a Fish

If there is a message in a bottle, there is one long-lost ring in a fish. Here is the story:

Joe Richardson lost his graduation ring in 1987 at Lake Sam Rayburn in Texas. His name is engraved on the ring which was bought by his mom for $200 more than 20 years ago. After 21 years, somebody found this long-lost ring inside an 8-pound bass after 21 years. The fisherman who found the ring inside one of the fish her caught it does not want to disclose his identity but he was able to track down the owner via the internet.

No more Late nights at DMV

If you are from New Jersey, please remember that Department of Motor Vehicles agencies and regional service centers have no more late nights starting last Monday June 23, 2008. I did not know about it not until last Thurs night(our local DMV’s late night) when we went for registration renewal. Inspection hours are still the same. Check your local agencies in your state if they also have revised hours.
