Macy’s Fireworks Display

Macy’s 4th of July fireworks display will be seen tonight at 9:20 p.m. but with a difference. It will be at the Hudson river instead of the usual east river. New Jersey has the best seats especially in between Hoboken and Weehawken areas. Bringing the fireworks to the Hudson is in commemoration of Henry Hudson’s first voyage that took place 400 years ago.
Enjoy the Fireworks at the Hudson tonight.
Happy 4th of July to all.

In The Rooms

Itr_bigger Let us call my co-worker as T. He smokes almost two packs of cigarette a day. During the eight hours that he is at work, he can consume more than a pack of cigarettes. To me, this is already an addiction to smoking but you never hear him admitting to addiction. This is a bad habit and something must be done.

Some people who are experiencing an addiction want to seek help in the open but others are embarrassed to admit it, like my co-worker T. This is where
InTheRooms Meetings become beneficial to them. InTheRooms is a database of anonymous recovery programs or sites on the web. It is based on a wiki platform where members or users can add or make changes to make the meeting database online more accurate. Right now, intherooms database has the current meetings for Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Gamblers Anonymous (GA), Overeaters Anonymous (OA), and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) with members across the U.S. and worldwide. More meetings will be added by intherooms soon.

By being a member of intherooms, you are able to be in a group that is eager to help one another. It is a place where you can share your experiences, upload photos and videos, chat online, write blogs and journals, create forums and communicate with people in the program. Depending on what level of help you are interested in, everybody is welcome to join. For more information about this global recovery community, visit their website at intherooms.com.

0703_300x250

In the U.S., we celebrate America’s independence every Fourth of July. It is a federal holiday and one holiday we always look forward to. Most people celebrate the Fourth of July by watching fireworks displays, having parties or picnics, taking kids to the park for some barbecues or watch the parade. A lot of stores are displaying their red, white and blue merchandise and many will be wearing the colors of the American flag as clothing, decorations and memorabilia. The radios have started playing patriotic songs on air in commemoration of the American independence.

As we take advantage of the long weekend, get the chance to play some patriotic songs in your car or at any party you are hosting. You can download the whole album of
A Salute To America on Amazon MP3 for only $1.99. This is really the MP3 deal of the day because this whole digital album normally sells for $9.49. There are 30 patriotic songs in the album which includes God Bless America, American the Beautiful, God Bless the USA, Amazing Grace, Home Sweet home and a lot more. Go get yourself a copy of this album because this will not last. This “A Salute to America” album will be released starting today, June 30th but the Amazon MP3 “Deal of the Day” will be on July 3rd. Have a happy 4th to all.

If You love UGGs....
I was at the UGG Outlet store yesterday at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. I was able to buy a pair of UGG boots for $49.99!!! This is the best deal ever - 4th of July sale. I bought a pair last fall for $149.99. But who needs UGG boots during summer time right unless you live down under, right? I can wait for the winter to wear mine as long as I get the big savings. If you live in the East Coast, your feet will love those UGG boots during winter. So if you like the bargain, check out the UGG outlet.

Little Bites From Pizza Hut

This is our friday dinner. We ate at Pizza Hut. As appetizer, we got the salad buffet. Then for dinner, I ordered the meatlover's personal pizza while hubby had the pepporoni in addition to the buffalo chicken wings mild flavor. It was all yummy. We thought we will not get stuffed from all these little bites but we went home so full.

Pizza Hut is my second favorite pizza place next to Shakey's philippines. Shakey's thin slice pizza is the bomb!

Is it true that the Pizza Hut is changing its name to the The Hut?
