Courtney Dempsey was diagnosed with late-stage melanoma 4 years ago and doctors have told her she has less that 1 year to live. Life goes on with her, then she met Gary Courtney. They dated, lived together and got engaged. The couple, from Tampa, Florida, joined the US Magazine Wedding Contest and they won the grand prize of $100,000 dream wedding which includes the dress and honeymoon.
